I absolutely feel in love with this place and all it has to offer. I feel in love hard with the apartment I was shown from the first moment I saw it. The staff were amazing, nice and extremely helpful. But their third party screening company broke my heart and crushed into a million pieces when they denied my boyfriend because of a technicality over an old car. So the dreams I had of moving into this beautiful place have been burned to the ground over something we've never had an issue with before.

After almost 4yrs living here I got to say it was the best place I could have hope to be in. It might have some details or room for improvement but the staff really makes you feel you really are in the perfect place. When the Manager Lara was there, she never had a no. She always tried her best to make things right. Always smiling, polite, and kind. You think once you are living there you will not have to interact with the office but there is always something. A quick question, a community activity, a quick print or just Beth saying hi with a huge smile and always happy to see you. When it comes down to service? This place is in another level. Things are going to break. Things will eventually get damaged. When u place your service order, u can rest assured, if its not within hours that they will come and fix it, u can bet when u return from work, the job will be done. It will be fix correctly the first time. The MVP of this amazing place is their Maintenance Manager. Mr Tony. This place will not be what it is without him. Always happy to help, always so respectful and professional. Besides of his knowledge of more than 20 years experience. Big thanks to Tony for always helping out and always giving the extra mile. I had to move because of work, but I would have been one of many residents that are living here for over 10 to 15 years in a row. Even in my departure, I had the pleasure to meet Michael, the new Community Manager. Even tho I had just a few interactions with him, he was always attentive, and always willing to give the best service possible. He understood the difficulties of moving out in short notice and he always answered all my questions and helped me make this process easier. When u r looking for a place to call home, Walton Vinings is that place.

This community has been the best experience ever. I have had my fair share of leasing and when I toured this community with Beth I could not find anything out of place. Apartment and grounds well kept, clean and everything works. Anything I had an issue with was taken care of immediately. The maintenance staff Tim, Jakhiem, and Tony are amazing at taking care of any issues I had in the apartment. I am looking forward to my stay here at Walton Vinings.

Walton Vinings has been my home for over 2 years. During this time, all maintenance requests have been addressed and corrected in a timely manner which very important to me and the office staff is always welcoming and pleasant. Going into the office makes me feel like I’m visiting family. This is especially important since I’m away from mine.

This property is absolutely lovely! It's close to everything - great dining, shopping, beautiful parks, highways and luxurious residences. The apartments are generous in space. It's beautifully maintained. The best part of this community is the staff. They are caring, super responsive and they make residents feel truly valued! If you're looking for an apartment home in the Smyrna / Mableton / Vinings area, you will not be disappointed!
